Supporting you to live well in West Sussex

Are you supporting a relative or friend who is living with dementia?

In the UK someone is diagnosed with dementia every three minutes and there are many more people who have the disease but remain undiagnosed.
Dementia describes a set of symptoms including memory loss, mood changes, and problems with communications and reasoning. The most common form being Alzheimer’s.
It is important to seek information and support if you or someone you know is experiencing these symptoms. Early diagnosis can help people with dementia and their families to take control of their lives, manage their condition well and plan for the future.
