Officers were called to Whitebeam Road shortly before 7.30pm on Sunday (April 4) after a man was found injured in the street. It is believed he was assaulted in nearby Longcroft Park.

Bailey has served as Chief Executive at the South Coast Councils for almost eight years. In a note to staff he tells them that heading the Councils and working with them, and members, has been a privilege.
